Sales and Marketing

Linda is based on the New South Wales Central Coast. Covering all areas of the coast from north to south, she has a strong local knowledge of this region. Linda holds a Bachelor of Management (major in Marketing and HRM) and is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Linda's background education and training has presented her with a perceptive outlook on the individual needs of her clients. Linda's enthusiasm for real estate is unsurpassed and such passion provides her with great drive and motivation to offer quality advice for all clients.

Ian brings his many years of Business experience locally and internationally to Your Real Estate. He is an astute investor, with profitable properties in 4 states and territories. Driven, with a passion for Real Estate, and an interest in property not only in the Sydney suburbs but Australia wide, he is helping clients to achieve their financial goals and making buying and selling property as smooth and problem free as possible.

With an impressive set of credentials such as Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business and Administration (major in Marketing) plus a Master Degree in Accounting, Kay is considered the backbone of Your Real Estate. Kay works mostly on financial aspects of the business, primarily specialising in trust accounting. Kay's pursuit of perfection and accuracy when it comes to the management of our clientele's funds is unparalleled. Her level of organisation and acute business bearing is a product of her years of study. Kay strongly believes that client satisfaction from all of our efforts is the most important part of our goal.


Stephanie Sewell Stephanie Sewell
Personal Assistant and Office Supervisor

Stephanie has worked in Real Estate industry for 4 years and holds a Certificate of Registration as well as a Diploma in Journalism. Starting as a receptionist for a real estate company, she worked her way up to a full time role as a Property Officer and then Property Manager. She now holds the position of Supervisor in charge of office management as well as Personal Assistant to Mr Michael Dempsey. Striving for perfection and accuracy when carrying out her duties, her strong organisational skills are an important asset to the business.
